Syarikat Perniagaan Peladang (MADA) Sdn. Bhd. (23635-H), commercially known as MADACorp, was founded in 1975 by a members of Pertubuhan Peladang Kawasan(PPK) and Muda Development Authority(MADA), an agency under the Ministry Of Agriculture and Food Industries(MAFI).

In line with MADA’s advocated mission to ensure farmers’ involvement in the entire total chain of the rice and rice industries, maximizing farmers income through various resources and developing farmers’ institution as a competitive economic entity, MADACorp was established as a business entity by offering best possible resources to support industry development and sustainable enterprises in agribusinesses.

Representing almost 60,000 farm families of 27 localities covering Kedah & Perlis, PPK MADA held almost 50% of stakes in MADACorp. Not only MADACorp has responsibilities to maximise the wealth of shareholders’ investment, but also to care for socio economic development of farmers community in MUDA granary area.
